Lifting Hand Foundation is a non-profit Charitable Trust registered in 2014 under Indian Government Act. The Trust has 12A and 80G certificate from Income Tax Department. The Trust’s primary projects are to help children who are in need by supporting their education through scholarship and food and support the widows who are in need.

Contributions made to Lifting Hand Foundation Charitable Trust can be claimed as a deduction** under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

There are many ways to donate, whether monetary or in-kind and as a donor you will get regular updates about the activities conducted from our trust.

sponsor a child his/her education

You can support a child or children by paying the complete school fee for a year or buy books or uniforms so that the child or children will continue the studies without any hurdles and achieve their dreams with your support.

donate books

Donating books is a great way to help out the children to show your support in their studies. You can sponsor to buy complete school books for a child or for all the children. You can also donate some story books that can help our children learn to read.

donate a meal to our children

You can choose to donate a meal in our premises to our children on any day or during a special event in your family be it a birthday, wedding day, naming ceremony or you just want to do it for a cause. This way you can also spend time with our children and see their joy and affection.

donate your unwanted clothes

Some people cannot afford to buy clothes and wear. Donating clothes that are unwanted or no longer used is a great way to help out your society. Gently used clothes, coats, blankets and shoes can make a big difference to others. You can donate them to us and we distribute them to the needy people in our society.

take our children for a picnic

You can choose a day to spend time with our children and staff and take them for an outing and share the joy and affection with them to bring the confidence in them that they are not alone in this society.
